Tour plan with family

My brother decided to go on cheap tours las vegas with his friends. But my mother was angry with him because she wanted to go on this tour with all her family members. He denied it because he wanted to enjoy this trip with friends and wanted to get an experience with friends. Now he wants to say sorry to his mother and after enjoying a friend's trip wants to go with family. Yeah, You are right and I suggested the same thing too. When My brother will come back after enjoying his tour, then We will plan a very special tour for all the family.
